All signers must be present.

The Experience
SERVICES OFFERED
A Notary Signing Agent (NSA) is a notary public who specializes in handling loan document packages for real estate transactions, such as mortgage closings, refinances, and home equity loans ($ 5 per notary act (if applicable) + $20.00 travel fee).
All standard notarizations (paper) are $5 per notary act (per signature) + travel fee
Electronic-notarization (E-notary) is $10 per notary act + travel fee ($20)
*Notarizations are conducted only in Sumter, South Carolina.
- Secure notarization for electronic documents using an approved electronic signature and notarial seal.S.C. Code of Laws §26-1-100(A), notaries public may charge up to $5.00 per notarial act. Notaries public may charge up to $10.00 per signature for electronic signing (SC Code § 26-2-70, 2025).
